Our story
Hello, We are Shu and Liz.
We both grew up in the truth and we had spiritual goals for ministry! However in 2020 The pandemic began and our lifestyle changed!
One day our common friends made a small letter writing zoom and invited both of us. You might have guessed...BUT this is when we met...and it became an opportunity to get to know each other more and get along together! We were starting to like each other and to chat online.
Once lockdown lifted and the border opened...Shu had planed to travel to UK to meet his friends and Liz.
06/03/2023 ~ Our new Adventure started...dating!
We started to get to know each other as a special relationship more. We had the "joys" of long distancing and during this time we faced various challenges; sometimes we were overwhelmed. But every time we tried to rely on Jehovah and we felt Jehovah's love, he helped us every single time. We learned how much we can rely on Jehovah and how kind and lovely he is! Of course our love for each other become stronger, but more than that, our love and faith for Jehovah become even stronger individually and as a couple! (Ecclesiastes. 4:12)
01/01/2024 ~ "will you marry me?" ... "YES"
Our family and friends have helped us so much, in ways we can't even thank all of you enough! Some friends gave us so much amazing advice and were always so caring towards us! We can't thank you enough. Jehovah gave us a warm hug with everyone's help! (Galatians. 6:2)
12/08/2024 ~ Our new adventure will start as a team. However, because of our friends and family, we could get there! Therefore we would LOVE to appreciate all of you! Hope we will all create wonderful memories together on this special day!

こんにちは、柊とリズです。
二人とも真理のうちに育てられ、奉仕での目標を持ってJW青春を楽しんでいた中、２０２０年・・・パンデミックが始まり生活がガラリと変わりました。
パンデミックの中のある日、私たちの共通の友達がZoomで数人の手紙奉仕グループに二人を招待してくれました。もうお気づきかもしれませんが・・・これが私たちの知り合って仲良くなるきっかけになりました。 私たちはお互いに好意を持つようになり、連絡を取り合うようになりました。
ロックダウンがおわり海外渡航ができるようになって、柊は友達とリズに会いに行くためにイギリスへ旅行する計画をしました。
『２０２３年３月６日ーお付き合い開始 』
私たちはお互いに特別な関係としてより知り合いはじめました。ここで遠距離ならではのエピソードを経験します。遠距離恋愛中に色々な試練となるようなことを経験し、本当に悩まされる時もありました。そんな中でも、毎回二人でエホバに頼るようがんばりました。毎回エホバの愛と助けを感じました。エホバが信頼でき、優しく素敵な方だということを毎回感じ、学びました。もちろんお互いへの愛も深まりましたが、何よりも私たち二人のエホバへの愛と信仰が強まり、より身近に感じるようになりました。(伝道４：１２)
『２０２４年１月１日ー婚約』
今まで家族や友達が本当にいろいろな仕方でたくさん私たちを助けてくれました。ある友達は良いアドバイスをくれたり、温かく支えてくれました。感謝してもしきれないくらいです。エホバが仲間一人一人を通して温かく抱きしめてくれているような気持ちです。(ガラテア６：２)
２０２４年８月１２日ー私たち一つのチームとしての新たな1ページがはじまります。それでも私たちのともだちと家族のおかげでここまで生きてこれました。本当に感謝しています。これからもよろしくお願いします。
